Kinect Core Vision

Based on https://github.com/patriciogonzalezvivo/KinectCoreVision tweaked for using a grid of kinects

Tested and working using:

Ubuntu 12.04 OpenFrameworks v0.7.4

Legacy ofxKinect from https://github.com/ofTheo/ofxKinect

For testing use freenect package from neurodebian repo, default package from ubuntu 12.04 repo is outdated.
