OpenNI2 wrapper for openFrameworks for Raspberry Pi

Tested with: openFrameworks 0.9.3 RPI2 (GPU memory 384) Raspbian Xtion Pro Orbbec Astra

Note: OpenNI2 folder needs to be copied into the projects bin folder (not bin/data). See examples
