ofFbo subclass that generates/updates its mipmaps automatically

This allows you to use ofFbo's that generate/update their mipmaps transparently. you only need to call allocateWithMipMaps(ofFbo::Settings s) instead of allocate(ofFbo::Settings s) at allocation time.
