OpenFrameworks addon to use the API of the Z Camera model E1

Status:

Can get, send, save and load settings. Can focus and zoom. Most calls are executed sequentially in a threaded loop. Tested with of_0.9.7, on OSX, Linux and Windows

Complete the API and the sample application.
